Next Phase Electric is a trade name of Apex Power LLC, Covington, Washington ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect through nextphaseelectricwa.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Booking and contact details you give us — name, phone number, service address and ZIP, the service you selected, and your preferred contact method.
• Basic technical data — the page you submitted from, referring site, and standard advertising identifiers (such as a Google Ads click ID) when you arrive from an ad. Our hosting provider also keeps ordinary server logs.

How we use it

• To contact you about the service you requested, confirm an appointment window, and perform the work.
• To keep a record of the job for permits, warranties and follow-up.
• To understand which pages and ads bring in requests, so we can run the business sensibly.

Text messages

If you choose text as your contact method and tick the consent box, we may text you about your appointment. Message frequency varies by job; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to texting is not a condition of purchase.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the people and services needed to do the job: our technicians, our scheduling and lead-tracking tools, the permitting authority when a permit is required, and payment processors when you pay. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

Retention and security

We keep job records for as long as we need them for warranty, permit and tax purposes. Information is stored in access-controlled business systems; no method of storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.
