These terms cover your use of nextphaseelectricwa.com, operated by Apex Power LLC, doing business as Next Phase Electric ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.
Submitting the booking form or calling us is a request for service, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment exists once we have contacted you and agreed on a time window. We may decline work outside our service area, work that requires a trade we do not perform, or work we judge unsafe.
Before any work starts, we give you the exact price and you approve it. If we find additional work is needed once we have opened things up, we stop, explain it, and quote it before continuing. Permit and inspection fees charged by the jurisdiction are passed through at cost unless we say otherwise in writing.
Electrical work in Washington is governed by the National Electrical Code as amended by the state (WAC 296-46B) and the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries. We pull permits where they are required and schedule the inspection. Work that you ask us to perform without a required permit will be declined.
Information on this site is general guidance, not a diagnosis of your home. Electrical problems can only be assessed on site. Do not open panels or work on live circuits based on anything you read here.
Our workmanship warranty and any manufacturer warranties are stated on your invoice. To the extent allowed by Washington law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits rights you have under Washington consumer-protection law.
We may update these terms by posting a new version here. Questions: (206) 486-6373.
