What You Get

Level 2 EV Charger Install

Done once, done to code, inspected.

Level 2 charger

Tesla Wall Connector, universal J1772, or the charger that came with the car. 240 volts, 7–11 kW, a full charge overnight.

Dedicated circuit

Its own 40- to 60-amp breaker and its own wire, sized to the charger and to your panel. Nothing shared.

Load check first

We measure what your panel already carries before we pick a breaker. Full panel: load management or an upgrade, your choice.

Permit and inspection

Washington L&I issues the electrical permit and sends the inspector. We pull it and meet them.

Local Knowledge

What Is Different About Auburn

The panel, the lot and the utility decide most of the job. Here is what we usually find.

Auburn panels

Lakeland Hills is 1990s–2000s with 200-amp panels and room for a charger. Lea Hill and the valley are older, often 100 amps, and those get a load check first. We do not guess with a 60-amp breaker on a full 100-amp panel.

Auburn parking

Detached garages and carports in the older parts of Auburn mean a longer run and sometimes an outdoor charger. Both are routine.

Who supplies the power

Puget Sound Energy.
